Effective today, I’m a stepping down as the hot bitch president of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee. I’m handing my rank and office over to Eva Mendes. As you know, to be president of IBTC you must be smokin’ hot, classy, rock your itty bittys with attitude and be all-around brilliant.

Although Eva’s appearance opposite Will Smith in Hitch at one time made her intelligence and as a result, eligibility, questionable; I have decided to override that because of this smokin’ hot layout in Maxim. See? The silicone-humpers over there at Maxim get something right…sometimes.
