Britney celebrated her birffday on Saturday with her favorite people: Sean and Jayden Alli Sims and Sam Lutfi. She actually looked a little better than usual. I mean, still greasy and trashy oh, and her hair looked horrible but uh…well, nevermind…She looked like shit as usual.
