Kanye West continues his cross-product swath of commercial destruction.
Attempting to be cute, creative or cheeky (I can’t really tell), the people at Absolute Vodka (sponsoring his tour) have done this video as an attempt at viral marketing. They won’t succeed so I felt safe posting on this. I realize the irony of my actions, believe me, nothing slips past this ol’ girl! But—BOO!
Seriously, I don’t have any room to talk about style or tact as you can tell from my page design (I know it’s fugg) or this site in general, but damn. Isn’t he always pissed off about perpetuating stereotypes? I understand that the requisite “I’m awesome” message is there for Kanye but why would he participate in this if he fancies himself a Renaissance Man? I’m honestly disappointed ’cause I often dig on what he does. Anyone else just baffled by what exactly constitutes racism for him? Or good art? Or successful marketing?

I’m sorry Kanye, someone else my have time for this ridiculousness, but not me. Think he rolls out of bed in the morning and thinks “How else can I fuck with the public?”.

Um, is it wrong but I kinda saw where this could be funny. Plus, from his twisted sense of humor, its like reverse Bamboozled/blackface?
