Okay, I’m cheese, I cried a little. When Portia came out in her wedding dress and Ellen damn near lost it, I got a little weepy. I’m not accustomed to crying at that sort of bullshit but it’s a proven fact that women’s emotions are more valid than men’s. Therefore, double the genuine loving partner-to-be, took hold of my tear ducts and yanked. (Kidding you people with wieners out there!!! *cough*)
It just nice to see people in Hollywood that have been together longer than a month, getting married and meaning it. I hope their being a lesbian couple gives them just enough adversity from the outside to not crumble from the inside. It’s my: “only white males are cannibalistic serial killers, ’cause they have less adversity to face” theory. When people get bored they get divorced; or you know, eat 12 people and keep their heads in the fridge.
